Apparently, apart from losing weight, some great processes that help your health in general are triggered when this happens. You can research on the ketogenic diets as much as you want but this is a simplified version. This routine has been tried and tested.
Basic Diet changes
For the first month go for the hardcore male strippers diet, which means that you get out of your shopping list:
Pasta
Bread
Sugar
Yes all high carb foods ….I know you might as well stop reading this now. But you can replace it with:
Quinoa
Oats
Rice
Potatoes
Male Strippers use Quinoa as a great source of low carb high protein and amino acid food source. Easy to cook and it has a neutral taste. Which brings to the good news. Eat freely :

Veg
Olive oil
Exercise
Male Strippers in Ireland are regimented gym users so the exercise has to be there. The routine is simple. In the morning. 50 push up, 50 sit up, 25 burpees. In the afternoon, 20 min cardio. Go for a run, for a cycle or have fast vigorous sex.
The hardest part
Skip Breakfast, Skip lunch, Dinner at 7pm. One meal per day for the first 2 months. Ok, it looks like a killer but it really isn’t. You will be very hungry only for the first week and for about 5-10 min. Then the hunger will subside.
Drink plenty of water, teas, and some coffee. But sugar free. After the second month you can begin to reintroduce light meals throughout the day.
The exercise is doable and you will be able to fit into that dress you keep refusing to throw away.

The male strippers diet is guaranteed to make you feel lighter and loose 1 kg ( 2 pounds) per month. You will not gain this kg straight after stopping the diet by the way. As the body has been forced to burn the excess fat gradually, it is very hard to put it back on. Ok if you go to McDonalds every day then you will prove us wrong.
